  Wonderful family owned and operated deli in the newly renovated downtown area. Great quality and fair prices. You could make three sandwiches with the amount of meat they put on 1 sandwich! The owners are always there and make sure the gods is great and service is awesome! I lived in NY and this Deli lived up to my expectations!!! Try the Cooperburg special and the Matzo Ball Soup!

  I don't consider Subway, Firehouse, or Jersey Mike's original sandwich shops. Those franchises are too overrated and unoriginal. If you want fast, noisy, and routine then go there. Brooklyn Deli in Lancaster is not New York or New Jersey so you got to get past that especially if you are from there. However, This place is worth the time and effort to stop in and have a deli sandwich. Its quiet, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The people are friendly and the food is great. Explore the menu and try something new and different. I have yet to be disappointed. I like the pastrami, corned beef, brisket, and chopped liver.
