  Ladies First one of my gym I go every Wednesday and Thursday taking only QUIAN classes which is
  Circuit Training 8am to 9am Tuesday
  Core Training 7pm to 8pm Wednesday
  Zumba class 8pm to 9pm Wednesday Zumbatoning class 8pm to 9pmThursday
  Quian is the best instructor I ever known. She had this High Intense Class that everyone loves it. Shei will help you motivate and get that result that you want. Taking her class was the best thing I ever done that I sign up to all the gym she's at so I could take all classes from Mon to Saturday.
  If you haven't taken Quian class, well it's never too late.
