  Worst experience. I don't have name of the female employee who took my order at drive-thru but she gave me wrong food item 'with different charge'. That happens sometimes. I understand it! Although, she was laughing throughout my order with someone else next to her. To be honest, it was very unpleasant too. But, the other lady I talked with to complain about their mistake later time is totally rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake first, her first response was to call manager in front of me. It's me who was supposed to call the manager and it's her (Ms. Tiffany) who was supposed to apologize for it immediately. I felt totally being ignored and offended. I claimed through their website and I will see how they will respond to it.
