  Absolutely horrible. I was lied to about being able to cancel and getting a refund for unused days. My premium went up 48.00 a month when I removed one vehicle. I explained that was a large I crease for taking g one vehicle off my policy. So I was told if I found less expensive insurance I could cancel. My next payment would have been a week later but they charged me 260.00 to make the change. 2 weeks after making this change. I called to cancel since I found insurance for over 100.00 cheaper. Allstate only gave me a 16.00 refund. I only had this change affective 2 weeks and charged for 4. I was lied to. I was not told about a cancellation fee. The paper they emailed me to sign did not disclose of any fees to cancel. I was hung up on twice when caimg to question this. Also I have been a Allstate customer for over 3 years. All I wanted to do was remove a car I no longer own. Policy I increased 48.0p a month and was charged 268.00 for 2 weeks! You are not in good hands. Do not go to this location. They lie and force there church and religion on you instead of focusing on Allstate policies and there procedures. Do not go to this office.
