  I wish I would have never taken my pet there and let them take my pet into another room where I could not be there to witness this procedure that we were told we should do. I don't know for sure exactly what was done because I assent in the same room, and by the way, I was under the impression that the doctor would be the one performing the procedure, but found out after that it's a tech that does it. I don't know what happened, but I know something did and it assent too good. I called them to let them know that there's a problem, no word from them yet. Very unprofessional. The worst.
