  What a joke!!! These yahoos came to my house where I have three in-wall ACs that worked but were not "energy efficient. The Assert crew used a sledge hammer to pound the holes in the stucco walls. All three new AC units three were not installed properly! None of them work. One unit got stucco in the motor so it doesn't work. They dropped and broke two of the units but installed them anyway. ALL THREE WERE PUT IN THE WALL WITH THE DRAIN HOLE FOR CONDENSATION INSIDE THE WALLS! For FOUR MONTHS (about 110 degrees some days) we have been told that this is Sear's responsibility because they got the units from Sears! That's crazy because Access crews broke the units! Access won't return our calls and told us this morning that we are "low priority! If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate!
