    Awful! My insurance is forcing me to use them. Lucky me! One of the worst experiences with regards to customer service ever!! If people weren't forced to go there, they probably wouldn't have any customers at all. It is so sad that freedom of choice has gone out the window. It's all about the money, not about the people.
